  • Topper Training: Blessington Sailing Club will be doing open training for all Topper Sailors on Saturday the 1st July, the day before the Topper Traveller.

The Head coach on the day will be Nicole Hemeryck. Nicole was one of the best lady sailors in a Topper in Ireland over the last 10 year who should be able to pass on a lot of good coaching tips to all Topper Sailors. She will been assisted by Mark Dolan. They both sailed Topper, Nationally and internationally at a very high standard. This session is open to all sailors of all levels and it is hoped to cover the basics plus starts, wind shifts etc.

Sailors attending need to have their boats rigged for 9.30 but not changed into their sailing gear. We will break for lunch around 1 so please bring your own food. The club will supply hot soup. We would hope to be finished by around 5 p.m.

The cost for the day is €30 and everyone joining the coaching must fill in the Coaching form (available here). Everybody is also welcome to camp in Blessington Sailing Club on the Saturday night
